The quality management system of the Library complies with UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 and is certified by SAI GLOBAL.

The scope of the quality system currently includes the planning and provision of library services.

With a view to continuous improvement of services and user satisfaction, the Library makes public its Quality Policy and the Service Charter addressed to users and to all interested parties.
