Ask the librarian - Reference
The library assists you in the bibliographic research and in the localization of information resources, offering you support in recovering and evaluating resources relevant to your research. If you need to do bibliographic research, to find useful resources for your research or to have advice for writing your degree thesis, you can therefore ask the librarians for help.
For short and simple questions you can:
- contact the counters directly during library opening hours,
- call the number (+39) 011 670 5500
- write an email at biblioteca.agrovet@unito.it
In case of particularly complex research - or upon request - the Library can take an appointment for personalized advice.
In addition, user (PhD students, teachers, fellows, etc.) training courses are held periodically. Courses topics are the use of the services offered by the Library and possible bibliographic research strategies using the available electronic resources.
The documents traced through the bibliographic search, if they are not owned by the library, can be requested through document delivery or interlibrary loan.
