How to request consultation
To request access to the theses stored by the University, both paper and digital format, you must send an email to email@example.com, attaching this form. Students will have to carbon copy their supervisor/tutor at the institutional e-mail address (as provided by the Teaching Commission of the Academic Senate on 12 December 2017). If the email is not addressed also to your thesis supervisor, the requests contained in it must be duly justified.
As provided for by art. 10 of the Regulations of the Services "the dissertations filed at the Library can be consulted upon request to the staff. Partial reproduction is permitted only with the permission of the author. Dissertations are excluded from the loan. The authors of the theses can make a copy of their thesis deposited at the Library, or delegate another person to reproduce their thesis by explicit written permission and photocopy of their own document". Please note that reproduction, in any format, is allowed only with the permission of the author.
