UNITO USER LOAN
If you wish to borrow volumes:
- Search the volume of your interest in the UNITO Catalog to see if it is available in the library.
- Enter a loan request (if the volume is available) or a reservation (if the volume is currently on loan)
- Wait for the e-mail confirming the availability of the volume with the instructions for collection, which can take place without having to reserve a seat in the room.
RETURNS
You can return the volumes on loan to the reception of the library during the opening hours of the same or by taking advantage of the 24/7 return boxes located in front of the entrance to the Central Library and the Student Learning Center.
RENEW
Renewal (or extension) is only possible within and not beyond the expiration date and in the absence of a reservation by another user. If you have the SCU credentials, extend it independently through the "Personal Space" of the United Catalog, otherwise call 011-6705500 or write to biblioteca.agrovet@unito.it
LOAN WITH DELEGATION
You can delegate the collection of documents with a written delegation, attaching a copy of your identity document.
OBLIGATIONS AND SANCTIONS
The loan is personal and non-transferable and you are responsible for the integrity of the work and its return within the deadline. Remember to always check the integrity and state of conservation of the volume at the time of the loan and report any problems to the staff.
If you damage the book or return it late, you can be suspended from the service in proportion to the delay period and in the most serious cases be sued before the judicial authority.
If you lose a book on loan you must buy it back or, if it is no longer on the market, buy material of equal value on the basis of the indications of the Library. You will be suspended from service until compensation.
